Checkout

To checkout, complete the following:

• Type: select your credit card (e.g. Visa, MasterCard)
• Name: enter your name exactly as shown on your credit card
• Credit Card Number: enter credit card number without blanks or dashes
• Expiration Date: select expiration date as shown on your credit card

Note: If we already have your personal data, it will be automatically entered.

The amount payable is shown at the bottom of the page. If all the information is correct:

• Click the GTB checkbox
• Click on Submit
